Peter definitely felt like a man out of time when he got to the cottage -- the drive had been kinda long (for him. Cars were easy to learn how to drive, but man, they went slow in comparison to everything else he'd been trucking around in for the last twenty years) -- and he certainly hadn't expected to end up in some weird little area with hardly any buildings and just a ton of nature. Groot would probably dig it. Maybe Rocket, too. But Peter had never done well in places that seemed like silence was the most prevalent factor.
Luckily, she --Catherine. Cat. -- was easy to spot in the window, so he offered a wavy that he was well aware probably came across as goofy (but he felt like it. Leather everything in terms of clothing really stuck out like a sore thumb in a place like this) before pointing questioningly up to the door before heading up to it anyway.
