Unfortunate. There wasn't much of a word for it, though, Michael doubted this place to be anything to complain about. Then again, humans were foolish. They certainly had made their choice the same way he had, whether chasing voices promising something or not. Michael knew he would not return, and had no reason to.
"Has it not?" He offered, his voice soft for a moment. He supposed it hadn't, not until His had. "My faith was lost when Father's was. He asked me to do something I could not, and I fell in every way possible." He closed his eyes, moving his hands to rest on his lap. "I lost faith in Him, but not in mankind." One man.
