Who: Angela and Loki When: Saturday 9th of December Where: Wild World, Ravenmoore What: Find out if amusement parks truly are amusing Warnings: TBA Status: Finished
This was not entirely the way Loki saw himself spending his Saturday. In fact, he never saw himself doing this sort of thing on any day. He was standing outside the Wild World amusement park, his hands resting behind his back, his posture tall, calm and controlled. As it often did, his demeanour betrayed his true feelings and thoughts. And he was conflicted.
What were human amusement parks anyway? Were they truly amusing? What sort of mortal delights lay nestled beyond the gate, shrouded beneath bright lights and loud noises? Loki wasn't sure why he had agreed to this meeting. If anyone else had asked him to go an amusement park he probably would have deeply insulted the person offering, his brother included. But Angela had offered, and he had found himself agreeing.
Angela. The woman who looked like Natasha. Angela was different though. She was passionate, friendly, creative and trusting. Natasha was cold, manipulative. Loki found himself drawn to Angela in a way that was unfamiliar to him. And since arriving in Preya he found he was acting kinder to those who spoke nicely to him. He didn't quite know what to think of it all. How to feel about it. He was conflicted. His happiness rarely lasted. No doubt something would happen to bring it all down to rubble.
