Who: Hurley and Ava (End appearance of Gideon) Where: Everdale forest When: Saturday afternoon What: Searching and collecting wolfsbane after researching them Why: To merge into his bullets/knives Status: Complete Ratings: Mature (Triggers: Violence)
It had been a good few days since Hurley left the semi-comfort of his safehouse. He did, however, make sure to keep a close eye on Mitch, that is until the sneaky bastard went underground. Of course, that didn’t stop certain people from calling them out. So like any good, agent Hurley did his homework on the group that Rapp surrounded himself. And after a day of doing his research, he did find some pretty interesting things about the new friends Rapp had.
So, with this new information, he spent the entire day within Everdale, searching for that one specific plant. Wolfsbane. It was deadly to humans, so he was curious to see just how deadly it would be. Especially once mixed with his blades and bullets. Of course, his target, for the time being, would still and always be Rapp.
After two hours of searching, Hurley would find that plant. Only to examine it before plucking it and placing handfuls within his bag.

The trial for the guy that hurt Lydia and wanted Mitch would run hot and cold. Ava wasn’t sure how Peter felt about it, but it bugged the shit out of her. After so long of that she suggested they split up, cover more ground that way. Some of that was because the full moon was coming. Not just the full moon either. The supermoon. It made her edgy and she didn’t want to start getting pissed at Peter again. So she went off on her own.
A few more days went by without finding the asshole. Ava was really started to get angry as she felt like she was chasing her tail. Fine. She needed a break. She was in Everdale and decided to head to Gideon’s for something to eat and maybe a power nap. Then, as luck would have it, she almost ran right into her prey as she came out of the tree line into a small field.
Ava’s eyes took on an amber glow as a low growl rumbled in her throat, then she burst into a sprint for the guy in an effort to get to him before he could draw a gun.
** Hurley was busy grabbing those plants, but once the sound of a few twigs breaking caught his attention, he turned just barely in time to see some woman charged in his direction. His hands lifting up as his body came to fall onto the grass-covered ground. But his knee would come up into her stomach with force as he tossed her off of him. Already, he came to roll to the side and onto his feet as he dusted himself off.
Hurley had no real idea who this woman was. But he could only assume they were connected to either the redhead or connected to Rapp. Either way, he didn’t really care, this woman was in his way and he wasn’t a fan of someone getting in his way.
His bag was filled with wolfsbane, but for the moment, Hurley didn’t think about using it. Since his target wasn’t supernaturals. It was more directed at Rapp.

Ava wasn’t a novice when it came to fighting. No werewolf ever was. But the Montana pack taught her how to fight and fight dirty so that what happened in Beacon Hills wouldn’t happen anywhere else. She took the hit to the gut, but it barely winded her and she was able to roll with the toss, come back up and twist into a ready crouch.
With the influence of the moon pulling on her Hurley didn’t face just an attractive, athletic woman. He faced a pissed off she-wolf. Ava’s ears had lengthened and grown tipped, while fur the same color as her hair grew and claws sprouted from her nails. She grinned at Hurley then launched herself at him again.
*** So, she was one of those creatures that hung around Rapp. “Rapp or the redhead.” Is all he said as he came to crack his neck for the moment. He was well aware she had the upper hand, but he was a trained psychopathic ex-navy seals agent. Which basically meant, he would be crazy enough to go against a werewolf. Even if it was the most insane thing he’d ever fought for the moment.
That blade would take hold of, as he twisted it in his hand as she came to charge in his direction. He tried to keep an eye on where she was going as he came to duck down and with the tip of the blade he sliced at her ribs in two quick motions. His frame stepping away from her. Again, he was aware of the fact that this was a supernatural creature he was fighting against.
And he was pretty sure he just pissed her off even more.

Her growl got louder as the knife edge sliced open her ribs, but it wasn’t near enough to slow her down. The wound was open long enough to darken her shirt with her blood, but since it was a normal injury it healed quickly enough. A chuckle blended with her growl.
“You’re as much an idiot as I thought you were,” she spat out at him. “Children shouldn’t play with sharp things.”
This time her rush wasn’t as uncontrolled as before. That had just been too close the distance and judge what he could do. Now came the real fight. She put some supernatural speed behind her actions and raked at him with one hand while striking at his nose with the heel of the other hand.
***
Once her hand came to slam into his nose, Hurley could feel the blood pouring down his skin. His tongue coming to lick up that bitter liquid and smirk. Only to spit it out. “Going to spank me now?” He said as he came to kick the dirt and moss up from the ground at her face. His frame lunging at her as he slammed his shoulder into her stomach and pushed upward.
Lifting her frame up into the air, before slamming her down onto the ground. His fist coming up as he brought his it down with force into the center of her chest. His frame coming to push off of hers as he spat the red liquid from his mouth.
“Come on!” Is all he said as he edged her to attack once more.

This human wasn’t near strong enough to really hurt Ava without a weapon, but hitting the ground then having a fist smack into your chest still made you skip a breath unless you were Superman. But to show belly like this went against the wolf in her. This was vulnerable. So she kippuped then shoved her legs to tackle him.
This time he was slammed on his back to the ground with her on top of him. “I ought to bite the fuck out of you, but then I’d have to deal with you following me around like a lost puppy.” This time she headbutted his nose.
*** Well, he did provoke her, didn’t he? So when his frame was slammed into the ground he groaned for a split second before laughing suddenly. The feel of her head slamming into his face caused him to laugh even more as he felt the blood leak out his nose and mouth this time. “You wanna play, let’s fucking play.”
Is all he said as he leaned his hand up and took a grip of her hair and yanked back, while his leg came around her chest and with a harden motion he slammed her back down onto the ground. His frame coming between her legs, as he leaned his knee back and came to slam his knee upward and between her legs. Was it a dirty move? Of course, it was, but no one ever said Hurley played fair.
Already he came to stumble back as he spat that blood out his mouth once more. His blade held his hand as he came to grab that flower he plucked earlier and smear it all along the blade. He knew what it would do to a human.
Now let’s see what it does to a werewolf.
***
So he liked to pull hair and knee women in the groin, did he? It hurt, sure, but it wasn’t as incapacitating as it would have been for a man. Ava rolled over her hip into a ready crouch, taking quicker breaths this time. Her eyes tracked him, but the wind was wrong for her to catch what he was really doing.
“Aw, you’re a tease, old man. Pulling my hair like that gives me the shivers.” This time her growl was more half roar and she went for him again.
*** “Come on sweet cheeks, Daddy will kiss it better.” Is all he said as he watched her roar. It was something, nothing like the redheads. Hence why he slit her throat. But it was still something to take notice of. So once she lunged in his direction, this time he came to lung at her at the same time. That blade slammed into her lower abdomen as he came to lift her up into the air and once more slam her into the ground.
That blade yanked out her wound roughly as he came to look down at her. His free hand coming to slam his fist into her ribs as he came to push off her and take a step back. That blade once more dripping with fresh blood as he came to clean off the blood from inside his mouth.
He already knew he would be bruised tomorrow, with a possible broken nose.
**
Even though he was an asshole and her prey, Ava couldn’t help but like him a little. He was crazy, but he was her kind of crazy. She’d bet he’d spit in the devil’s eye as he was being strung up on a rack in Hell.
Her opinion changed when his blade struck home. This time when her flesh was torn it burned and hurt in a familiar way. Wolfsbane. Ava’s eyes went wide and she roared all out in fury and pain...and maybe just a little bit of fear. It was cut off as she hit the ground, and she knew all new kinds of pain. This needed to end and it needed to end now!
Ava snarled up at Hurley as she rolled onto her side, one hand clutching the wound to her stomach. Blood flowed freely through her fingers. Without getting up from the ground she lurched out with her claws to catch the tendon behind his knee.
*** Hurley was all levels of insane. No one really knew why. Some said it was because of his profession and it caused him to snap. But if he was insane enough to fight a werewolf, then he was pretty fucked up in the head at this point.
Once she clawed at the tendon in the back of his knee, it caused him to scream in pain. Once again that scream turned into a manic laughter as he came to look at the woman now far from him. “Fuck that felt good!” Is all he said as he came to pull his hand back and slam his fist into that woman's face.
But as he struggled to a stand, he would look out to the bushes as he took the sight of a larger…. Lumberjack? “The fuck?” Is all he said as he came to slap his leg and force himself to run off.
Meanwhile, the one who came through the bushes in a rage would be Gideon as his cabin wasn’t but five miles away from where Ava was. Only to howl loudly as he came to watch, Hurley takes off. But his attention was on Ava as he lifted her up and carried her to the house to tend to her wound.
