Vicki was still weirded out by this entire plan of Lucifer's, most of which seemed to be her scrambling on her own and then hitting it off with some guy named Tony Stark. She had just gotten used to her current job and the steady supply she got from the devil, and now he was changing the entire game around on her. It sucked, but she knew there wasn't really anything she could do about it.
Since he didn't really give her any other instructions, she pocketed the cash she had gotten from Spike and started to go ahead and toss some of her things into a bag. Lucifer had said she'd get a new place under her own name, but that didn't mean her belongings would go with her, and she wasn't sure what the next few days would be like - especially if she was supposed to dry out completely. Absently fingering her daylight ring with her thumb, she stared at the bag that contained some clothes and a couple of toiletry items, then jumped when she heard the car horn outside. Assuming the honk was for her, she sighed, then reluctantly left the apartment and made her way downstairs.
When she spotted the girl in the car, she half wished that Lucifer had at least sent a guy, but went ahead and threw on a friendly smile as she reached it and leaned down to look through the window.
