Decadence was certainly living up to its name. Rogue found her eyes caught by the elaborate decor that was somehow not gaudy or tacky, but still far richer than what she was really used to outside of the casinos in Vegas. The same seemed to go for a lot of the people. Women in sparkly dresses, men in crisp suits - and in fact her own forest green dress had her feeling a little plain, but she decided to ignore that. She was in the middle of lifting her glass when she heard a voice beside her and lowered it to look over. Recognizing him as the man she'd seen nearby, she offered a smile. At least he wasn't hitting on her like she sometimes got, and for that reason she went ahead and lifted one gloved hand to shake his quickly, before letting it drop again.
"I'm Rogue," she replied, her Southern accent thick enough to change the I to an 'ah' sound. "Nice to meetcha, sugar." Rogue studied him curiously for a moment, then nodded to a seat beside her. "Care to join me?"
