He straightened up and shook his head to wake himself a little more when he heard the knock and then turned to smile at Clint. But honestly, Jamie looked haggard. Cori the cat disappeared under the table and the third, mysterious cat appeared - quite the fat calico - from underneath Jamie's chair. She looked like she was really thinking about jumping on the table and even attempted it a couple of times only her back feet never left the ground, she was so hesitant. Eventually, she made it though. It was quite the show.

He picked up his bowl of ground lavender and chucked it in, setting the self-stirring spoon to go around ten times, anti-clockwise. Yes, he was going to pretend that Clint hadn't caught him having one of his many, many nightmares. That one had been one of the more mild dreams anyway.
