"Thank you," she replied, and in that case she picked up the coffee cup again, holding it loosely as she followed him down the path around the house. Jade eyes, cool and emotionless, swept across the grounds, taking it all in in silence, and she didn't lift the mug for another sip until they stopped at a gate. Natasha glanced at Summerby, then shifted her gaze out towards the field as it lit up, zeroing in on the creatures that were leaving the trees.
Her eyes narrowed slightly as she studied them for a long moment, letting the silence hang between herself and the wizard as she sought best the words to describe them. "Whatever they are, they aren't horses," she said at last, a slight frown pulling at her lips, brow slightly furrowed. "They're almost reptilian - sort of a cross between some kind of mythical pegasus and a dragon, if I had to say." They were almost sinister, but as she studied them another moment, she went on. "It's a family, of some kind, at least."
Her eyes turned back to Richard and she arched a brow as she casually sipped some more of the very good coffee. "What do you call them?"
