"Yeah?" Dean couldn't help the little smile that came at the thought. It would be nice, and he was pretty sure if Cas could manipulate himself into his head, he could do more than just appear. He wasn't even sure what kind of limitations Cas had at all, if there were many. With a full battery he was better than any weapon Dean could ever get. Yet, he felt soft, human, warm like this. He was just a guy, an angel, but still a guy.
Hearing those words come from Cas was like hearing he wasn't actually going to die. He let out a breath he hadn't even thought about holding and just nodded against the angel's shoulder, giving a small sound of acknowledgement. He had to smile, something deep in him working it's way up, or out, whatever you'd want to call it as he moved a hand, just low enough to catch the hem of Cas' shirt with his fingers and lift, moving his hand just under the fabric. Warm. Alive. "Guess this is where I say I like it too." Because Cas wouldn't know, would he?
He turned his head, more into the crook of Castiel's neck and breathed in deep, exhaling in a sigh. He didn't want to sleep, but he could feel the calm warmth settling in him. He shifted again, putting his leg over Cas' to just hook behind his and pull it forward between his, just to touch more, or maybe just to get them tangle up just enough that he'd definitely wake up if Cas tried to fly the coop. It wasn't too weird. No. It was really fucking weird. Yet, as long as no one was asking, Dean didn't have to think about it too much and could just let himself enjoy it, feeling close without the obvious implications of what would happen. "I'm probably gonna fall asleep on you soon..."
