For a second, Dean had to just stare at Castiel's comment about the bed before he broke out into a grin, nodding some against his own pillow. "Exactly. Sam never got it. You get it."
When Cas shifted closer, Dean's thoughts immediately went to what he'd normally do in that situation. He wasn't particularly sure that scooting in and pressing himself up against Cas was exactly appropriate. Sure, the guy never seemed to mind when Dean crowded in his space, but this was different. Dean was suddenly way too aware that he just...didn't lay in bed with people. It was a lot weirder than it felt. It would be way too easy to do, if Dean were honest with himself.
He frowned slightly at the admission, but it probably wasn't that big of a deal. Cas didn't seem to think it was. He filed away the whole induce or suppress thing for another day. He knew some of the things Castiel was capable of, even if Cas didn't know it himself. That was weird. "Yeah...it's kind of nice, though. Feels nice when you can just sleep and not need to wake up for anything. Dreams, too. Those can be nice." Cas had been in his dreams before, but it made him wonder. "You think you'd dream?"
