"Well, you did feel a bit warm," she said, following him into the room. "I'm sorry you've been feeling so rubbish. Hopefully the medicine will make you feel better soon. She grinned over at him, thinking it was time he at least sat down. "You can show me a tour next time. For now, why don't I make you some soup so you don't have to take the medicine on an empty stomach?" She didn't mean to baby him, but wanted to make sure he was taking good care of himself. A lot of people ran themselves ragged and before it was too late, they were sick.
Roxy had done that a dozen times before. She always appreciated when someone else took care of her so she could only return the sentiments to her friends.
"Is the kitchen through here?" She walked through the room, setting the bag down on a table. "Do you want to go lie down? I can bring it to you once it's ready."
