He had a fry in his mouth and was already prepping a second one with ketchup when Dean finished up his turn. And since he had a sense about him when it came to not being absolutely disgusting, he didn't bother talking with his mouth full when he offered it to the other man. No point in putting back something that was already messy, and really, fries were excellent.
