The conversation with Castiel had definitely left Dean feeling a little bit better about the whole thing. He was pretty sure that the angel had a point and it was a damn good one the more he thought about it. This didn't have to be weird or awkward. It was only a date if they both wanted it to be, and Dean was pretty firm on the idea that he had definitely not tried to imply Levi should ask him out. The shower he took after getting home from work definitely wasn't because this was a date. He just didn't feel like smelling of oil and gasoline mixed with leather for however long they ended up playing. Levi deserved a clean shirt, anyway, even if they were just dudes hanging out.
It had been easy enough to find the place, those random drives around to clear his head had helped. He still wasn't the best, but he did put roads to memory and could figure up the best ones to take whether you wanted scenic or speed. Still, seeing him sitting outside was fairly surprising and Dean simply stopped the car in the front, leaving the engine running and stepping out, but only to lean against the top of the car.
"Waitin' outside?" Dean wasn't sure if he would have done that, but this was just an all around weird sort of circumstance. At least, he wasn't feeling weird just yet. No doubt the bowling alley had beer, as well, just in case he needed a buffer at some point. He patted the roof of the car before moving to duck back in. "Come on. Door's unlocked."
Once back inside, he made sure the music was down far enough that if Levi was a chatter, that'd be fine. If not, well, Dean could use the time to give him an explanation of what bowling actually was. He gave the other man a smile when he made it to the car. "You hungry? They probably got food there, but if you want to grab something along the way, that's cool. Just say where."
