John was even more curious. One name? A tail? And had the cold come in with the one who stood before him? And was that even his true name? He had his doubts over if this one was a demon. Demons didn't typically just give out their names. A Demons name carried power. A Demons name gave John an advantage. Well there were a few ways John could get his answers and seeing as talking wasn't doing very much, he'd have to go down a more magical route.
He took another drag from the cigarette before stubbing it out. Taking a deep breath, he held his hands out, palms down. He closed his eyes and concentrating, began to speak as if in a partial trance. “Five elements of the earth, I respect and invoke thee. From the six directions, converge here. Lift all concealments. Reveal thy truth.”. As he finished the spell, he turned his hands so that his palms were facing upwards and opened his eyes. If it turned out to be nothing, nothing would happen and Aqueous would probably think him mad. It wasn't a big deal to John. He just wanted to see the truth.
