Roy took the badge and stared at it a minute. Then promptly handed it back to her, fairly unimpressed. He could play this game too, and to be fair her title meant little to him here and now. "Hello Princess Lunafreya of House Fleuret..." Reaching into his own pocket he pulled out a silver pocket watch and showed her. "Colonel Roy Mustang, State Alchemist, Dog of the Military, Hero of Ishbal." Roy hated that nickname, but he was going to use it for his purpose here. Slowly pocketing his watch he looked to her.
"Princess." Roy started "I mean disrespect, because I am certain you are very important where you're from, but here.." Roy shook his head. "Your title means little." And before she started to speak he held up his hand to show that he wasn't done. "That being said, I am also not a man to look a gift horse in the mouth."
The man gestured to signify to continue following him as he started walking. "There are people in distress, you are absolutely correct. Though the help with the disappearances you can not help with." He told her with a somber tone. "The reality is, Ms Fleuret, Oracle to the Six, unless you know how to track those people down, you will not bring the peace we need."
Sighing softly. "What people need is hope right now, and that's going to do the people no good." Roy looked over to the woman as he walked. When they were a fair distance away, the mischievous side of him showed as he led her to a quiet doorway from prying ears. "The reality, the Council will not be able to help you, and I don't know who to send you to." Roy showed the book to Lunafreya which was a book on Preya history. "I'm doing what I can do, but I am only one man doing his one thing." With the same hand he pointed to her.
"You need to tread carefully, because if history repeats itself, there is something wrong at the top, and no one knows what it is."
