Lunafreya felt a sense of familiarity from this man; not in who he was, but in how he carried himself. Similar to her brother and his compatriots in the ranks of the Nifleheim army, she felt more at home suddenly then she had in quite a while. It was a feeling both bitter and sweet.
But it allowed her to more easily step into her previous role too, and so she welcomed it.
Luna didn't make any motion toward the dog, but it seemed to take a command all the same and took a seat. She shook the man's hand. In her other hand was a visitor registration form, taken from her time at the front desk.
"Greetings, councilor. I hope I haven't interrupted you." She looked over Roy's shoulder to the guard further down the hall. "I was directed over this way."
As a show of politeness, she offered him the form. Basic information on herself and why she was here; it was filled out honestly, for her intentions were honorable. "I have been trying to petition the local government for some information. Perhaps you can help direct me?"
