It wasn't weird that there wasan abandoned theme park in Everdale or anything. Nope. Not at all. It wasn't suspicious in the slightest. Why would it be? Percy had liked them well enough as a kid, but after the whole Waterland thing, yeah, he wasn't that big of a fan. Sure that had been just when he found out about his dad, and he had like, zero control over anything because he was a scared tween, but still. There had been something about it that Percy hadn't been able to quite place about why he didn't like theme parks as much anymore.
He met with Ruby at the platform, jogging to catch up to her and reaching into his pocket. Beside his pen, there was a small bronze comb-thing he had found while exploring a ship wreck with Merry a few days before, but he hadn't had the chance to give it to Ruby yet. Originally, he had wanted to clean it off a bit better, but he was pretty much failing at that.
"Hey," he called back when he approached her side, just in time to catch sight of the train in the distance. "How did you find this place?"
