Waiting along the camp had been almost agony. The last time he'd seen Luna, really seen her things had been so different, there was the obvious thought that she wasn't intending to approve of anything right now. Wherever Prompto had wandered off to, he'd welcomed the quiet, if only momentarily. It wasn't exactly something he wanted to linger in, given the way his thoughts would drift, but it had meant that he could at least sort himself out a bit better.
Not that it worked, but he had made attempts.
When the two of them returned, he was quick to jump down from his perch on the van, hesitating a moment before finding some resolve when he saw Umbra trotting around. That was a relief, in itself, but so very strange. Still, he knew the messenger had come to him even after, but, he wasn't that surprised at the lack of Pryna.
"Nyx. Thank you." He breathed out, not really sure how to show his gratitude, because even with his own men, it'd been a challenge in the best of times. "I think Prompto may have went for groceries." He knew the man didn't appreciate fish nearly as much as Noctis did. Prompto didn't seem to appreciate any of this...none of them did in their own ways.
It was then that he looked to Luna, trying for a smile before making a motion to some of the chairs sat around. "Would you like to sit? We could go for a walk as well." He shifted his weight, the sudden weight of it all hitting him, whatever words he'd had planned were suddenly lost. "This world is lucky to have you."
