"We can certainly do that," she said with a smile. "And if you'll notice, a lot of people around here wear a mix of clothing from different time periods - but you're right. Our usual clothes are a little more old-fashioned, it seems." Susan had worked to try and update her own wardrobe, and had actually altered some of her clothes when she wasn't able to find something affordable, if only to avoid being stared at. She was used to that now, of course, but she still wanted to avoid it in Preya, if she could.
When he mentioned sports, Su glanced over at him. "Do they have rugby or football? Either of those I think you'd excel at. Probably football moreso," she mused, then wondered if either sport even existed. "If not, there's always fencing I'm sure. And horseback riding, even if it isn't a sport. I have a friend named Richard and he is having his horses brought here - I think he'll let us ride them."
Susan returned her brother's smile. "There's a clothing shop on the next street over I think will have most of what we're looking for.
