Jan's eyes grew wide as he talked about freezing outside and gave him a funny look when he insisted he was alright being cold. "Are you sure?" she asked, looking him up and down. "I mean...it doesn't sound like a good time!" Maybe she was just offering too much and overwhelming him...she had a tendency to do that.
"Well...if you're sure. I mean, I totally don't mind if you ever change your mind, but if you're sure the cold doesn't bother you anyway..." She grinned at her joke, figuring Aqueous hadn't seen Frozen.
Jan laughed, nodding her head in agreement as the waitress came back with their drinks. "Yeah, that sounds about as much as I can do too! But, like you said, better than nothing!" That was one thing Jan appreciated and enjoyed about Preya; it had everything. It was like they knew how upset some of their citizens were and went out of their way to make sure no one would be wanting. It felt easy to just wish for a store and soon enough, it would be available to them.
"What other kinds of things do you enjoy?" She grabbed a straw and stuck it in her drink, taking a sip as she watched him.
