There was notion that set in Aaron's mind. This girl obviously had been through things, interesting things. Nothing Dollar Flu like, but her own interesting adventure. "I have never claimed to be any diplomat either. After spending months fighting riots, warring civilian factions and your own government.. leaves you not the most diplomatic." There was a shrug while Aaron started reaching into his coat.
"I suppose the lesson was, keep trust at arms length." Aaron started. "When I was in New York operating, I had a handful sort of loyal to me. Though they followed me, they did betray the oath they had originally take. Who says they wouldn't betray me." At this point Aaron pulled out two candy bars, two 'Three Musketeers' to be exact. He held one out to Aveya while ripping his mask off. "But you are correct. We need a certain amount of trust, and it is a two way street. No, I am not the most trustworthy, but I am loyal to a cause if I think the cause is worth being loyal."
Once the candy bar was taken or not, he found a place to sit himself. "Well, when a government knows, they now control the training too. Not saying it will or will not happen. Will there be firearms training? Who says this government wants to have their civilians trained in firearms so they can fight back against them." Aaron was skeptical at best of this government. "Again, the place can not be very diplomatic or democratic when they are keeping you here and you can't leave. Why is that?" Aaron pose the question.
"Honestly, what good and fair government doesn't allow it's citizens to travel freely. They allowed us to come here, why not leave under the same circumstances?" Aaron pointed his unopened candy bar at the girl. "That is why you shouldn't of brought them in the loop. Better to do, and ask forgiveness in some instances." Arron shrugged while opening his candy bar.
