"I know as much as anyone." Fracxis replied nonchalantly and turned to start walking. He glanced back to make sure Aaron was following, "Though you are right about one thing. I do have an idea of what is happening and how you ended up here." Fracxis walked with an air of grace. Some wind blew his hair back and Aaron could see tattoos of swirls on his shoulders.
"So what's your fancy? Black or something fancy?" Fracxis brought up the coffee again. He preferred something sweet like a mocha, but he always leaned heavy with his cream. "I suppose the pleasantries should be out of the way first." The fae paused and glanced over at him. "Welcome to Preya, welcome to the over crowded city of Ravenmoore, and you can call me Oberon." He gave a little flourish of a hand gesture at the end of his introduction. "Now first things first, Preya is home to magic, people and creatures that aren't human, and one rule. It's a one way ride in case you didn't get the memo. So welcome to your new forever home." Fracxis paused to open the door to a little hole in the wall cafe. He gestured for Aaron to go first.
"Do you have an idea of what you'd like? We can talk more after you order." Fracxis mumbled as he looked over the menu. He went and ordered a white chocolate mocha and then sat at a table. The cafe was playing soft rock hits, and it had a comforting atmosphere even though it was relatively empty.
