"I haven't had a chance to go to the library yet." Elena said, "though I've been meaning to go and explore it. I love to read, too." It brought a shy smile to her face. Reading, writing... Elena wondered if maybe that was something she should pursue. Writing. She took a sip of her coffee.
"Mmm," she cleared her throat after swallowing. She realized what she'd said, that it might sound a little odd, so she responded quickly, and with a gentle shrug. "Lightweight." As if that explained it all. "Maybe not always? But definitely often."
She sipped again, then popped the top off and scooped at the whipped cream with one slender, well-manicured finger. "Mystic Falls? It's in Virginia." She said, and licked the cream from her finger. "You?"
