Steve wouldn't go so far as to say beer was never a bad choice, but he understood the sentiment in the spirit in which it was offered, so he didn't contradict the nice man who had given him said beer. He just smiled and sipped some more. With his enhanced metabolism, it didn't matter if he chugged the thing. It would take a case or two to even get him buzzed. He still wasn't sure if that was an advantage or a downside of the serum.
"Whatever you're comfortable with. I wouldn't say no to at least one full mural, and then see if you prefer poster art for the rest of the shop." He grinned at the expression on Peter's face. "I'm positive. I miss making time for my art, and this is just the kind of thing I'm good at. Not saying I'll be here every day, but we can work out a schedule so I won't be in the way of your busier hours? Like a part time arrangement. I can definitely use the chance to catch up on my music."
Steve was pretty certain that other things would come up to keep him occupied. Bruce had suggested looking into teaching positions at the Abacus institute, and he had yet to find out what that project of Nat's was that Brandt had hinted at to him. But this? The chance to do something fun and creative? That would be gravy, no matter what.
He held up the bottle with a questioning look on his face, as if to drink to the idea if it was okay with Peter. "What do you say?"
