Having a familiar face around was admittedly pretty nice. There seemed to be a lot of people around who knew him, but not the other way around. Tony thought it would likely be possible to actually get to know those people, and probably even like them, but it was a bit of a hard sell at the moment. Banner seemed more than likable by most standards - smart and witty when he wanted to be, but the fact that he knew more about Tony than Tony would ever openly admit to anyone was off putting enough for him to want to avoid it.
Natasha was -- well. She probably didn't intend for it, but there was a comforting side to her. She offered nothing more than she gave, and Tony could respect that for what it was.
"I expected you to know of somewhere worth going," Tony said, nothing but casual as he stuck his hands into the pockets of his overly expensive but still somehow grease-stained jeans. His smile was nothing short of charming when he flashed it her way. "But you must know I love it when a woman takes charge. So I'll suffer the walking." And really, he didn't mind it. He'd wandered around a bit when he'd first gotten here - enough to forage before he'd gotten JARVIS set up enough to order things to be delivered instead.
