It was always remarkable that Midoriya could cry so fiercely, whereas he only cried when he was truly upset and feeling hopeless, from what he could remember of his last emotional moments. Still, he looked around and nothing seemed too far out of the ordinary, of course, his thoughts were mostly about the girl in the other room and how on earth Midoriya was going to continue living with her if he couldn't even gather himself enough to greet her. Though, he supposed it was like anything else. With time he'd surely get used to it.
The question brought him back to the fact of why they had been discussing those sort of things in the first place. "I did...We..." He paused, looking almost stricken for a moment before calming a bit. It was just Midoriya...spouting off again. "Midoriya..." He exhaled, lifting a hand and putting it against his friend's face since it seemed the most heated, letting his quirk work through his touch and cool, hardly enough for frost to form, but no doubt enough to let him cool off. "You should probably talk to her, too." He considered, but really he wasn't sure how that would go, so...maybe he'd just distract a little and ease into dealing with her. "Bakugo believes we've been going on dates before, though, I didn't exactly ask him that." Maybe. "I suppose I was the one who didn't realize."
