"I don't take to most people all that well, and neither do they take well to me," Jim explained with a grin. "People who are ordinary are problematic, aren't they? Going about their lives in their own average way, without so much as considering what greatness could thrill them if they were to walk outside of the lines a bit."
He broke his conversation for a moment as the waitress reappeared to take their orders. Jim gave his, waited for his company to order, and then waited for the waitress to leave before he continued. "I'm not here to prompt you into another show, Michael, nor am I here to put you on a grand stage of any sort."
"I don't have the greatest rapport with most people. My history here is rather complicated, you see. However, I simply like the company of those who are seemingly like-minded."
