Well, well, well. Now this was much better. Those who occupied the light rail stations were not the friendliest, certainly not in the darker hours. Jim heard the shuffling about, the grumbling from the man, and then he watched the man get thrown in the air by a young man. A very young man, a teenager in fact. Or at least this is what Jim would assume based on first glance. Jim looked at him for a moment as he took in the young man's appearance. He looked like he had a rough day or few, or ten, based on what Jim saw. Then he looked down at the man on the ground. That man looked much worse now, and Jim could not stop the amused smile forming at his lips.
"Oh, do not worry about sending forth apologies on his behalf, or anyone's," Jim insisted as the smile grew as he watched the man. And he just watched, staring daggers into the rude one who had made such a scene with the younger one. Fortunately, the rude one slowly walked off, although he glanced behind him more than once along the way. When Jim was comfortable turning his attention away from the troublemaker, he finally returned his attention to the younger one.
"I would ask if you were okay, but after watching you hurl that man through the station, I think my question is answered plainly enough." Jim snorted out a laugh. He was not being rude in the slightest, but he was very much impressed by the display of strength. It was very unreal, which made Jim curious about this young man. "In all sincerity, though, are you all right?"
