Wondering what it was like on the other side was normal, right? Maybe she didn't have to deal with being magic or Muggle, but there was a weight that came with being an Ultimate. Things that were easier just being a normal student. Expectations. What if you didn't meet them? It wasn't exactly the same, but Hina could understand some of the same wonders Tonks had. She guessed here what mattered most was making the best of what they had. Being in a place like Preya made things real that Hina never thought possible. There were times it was great and others... not so much. She supposed that was just how it was anywhere, in some way.
"Right!" She giggled at how Tonks explained with a nod. She wasn't wrong. In fact, when she got a car she might just refer to it as being thirsty when it was low on gas. If she ever got a car. That could be a thing after she turned eighteen, right? Whatever the case, it was cute and she liked it about her. Muggle things must seem as strange to her as magic did to Hina sometimes. "Next time, we'll definitely plan better." Maybe wait until it was warm again because obviously they were crazy.
That fact was working in her favor right then though, wasn't it? It probably wasn't what Tonks meant for her to do and there was a split second where she second guessed herself before Tonks kissed her again. Her doubt was quieted as they pressed closer and a soft sigh escaped her lips. "It seemed like a good enough idea." She definitely wasn't cold anymore, that was for sure. Almost hot already. "Worked, didn't it?" Her fingers came up to slip through Tonk's short, wild colored hair as they met for those other kisses. As many as the other girl wanted. "I think I am," she giggled some too, resting her forehead against Tonks' like before. This was much more comfortable than shivering in the dark. She'd cuddled up with Sakura when she was scared out of her mind at Hope's Peak and even had that date with Marco, but she never kissed either of them. "Mhmm... who wants to waste time sleeping?" She wouldn't have a complaint at all if they spent what was left of the night doing just this. Who could? She was here with a pretty girl who was also amazing and could help her forget. Who made her feel safe again. That meant a lot to Hina.
"Might be a good idea." Her skin tingled some under the other girl's touch and she bit her lip, letting her hand trail from where it was in her hair to do the same. Soft and warm, so inviting with the chill outside still just settled over them. Kissing at the cold beach sounded much better than starting a fire at the beach, then still being cold. "You can always make it again if we need it." She had a feeling it wouldn't be necessary to though. Being snuggled up against Tonks stealing kisses like this until morning was more than alright with her. "Unless you have some better magical advice to share."
