It really didn't seem like it would be that bad when they set out to the beach besides being dreary and on the chilly side. The weather never really bothered Hina much, who was still sporting shorts most days even in winter. While they were packing, Hina made sure to bring some extra blankets and a tarp for the tent if it rained, but that still didn't seem to do much once the chill set in somewhere late in the night. She wasn't sure how long she was shivering for when she finally heard Tonk's voice and felt her lean over to find her wand. That was enough to rouse her and prove that it wasn't just her thinking it was cold.
"I dunno how it got over there..." She said sleepily through a yawn as she sat up too, looking around blearily in the dark while she tugged on her jacket. When the flame flickered to life, Hina's eyes widened some, scooting over closer with her sleeping bag and all. "Ohhh, that's nice." She pulled back her jacket sleeves so they wouldn't get singed because that would be just her luck, letting the flames wick over her fingertips with a look of wonder. There was so much in Preya that was amazing, she would never get tired of seeing magic or people that could do these things straight out of fiction. She could watch Tonks do magic all day even if the other girl didn't always think she was very good at it.
"Someone out there must hate us," she laughed softly, sidling over closer to Tonks. Or the opposite. "We could have brought a heater or something," she paused, looking thoughtful and smiling some. It was getting better now that Tonks magicked up these flames and they were closer. Tomorrow was definitely going to be spent inside. "Besides, isn't it like survival 101 that body heat warms you up best or something?" So it was just an excuse to cuddle, but who did that matter to even? That's right, no one.
