With a faint bow, Eli went right to work. With moves like someone that has mastered the art, he demonstrated each pose. First straight and tall, then bent down at the waist.
"Don't forget to take deep breaths as you perform. Breathing is an important part of yoga." After taking a deep breath himself, he then let it out slowly. "Easy, right?"
