"I don't spend a lot of time here, honestly" he shrugged. "Maybe with you and Eli around, this place can start to look more like a home..."
Those were words he never thought he would utter. But then again, he never foresaw a future where he would have his heart mended either, never mind that and having two of his brothers back in his life. It was something he would be ever thankful for. He was going to have to introduce Yves to Castiel at some point. Most of the other Angels had left, sadly. Vanished.
"Anyway... if you want we can put your stuff up in one of the spare rooms? I'm in the middle of painting one, so you can stick your stuff in my room for now. There's not exactly much there anyway" he added, gesturing for Yves to follow him up the stairs. They walked past the room he had been painting. The floor was covered in plastic sheets and the walls were drying down from a rich blue to a deep, royal near midnight blue.
Inside his room, the walls were still white. The bed linens were creamy coloured, same as the curtains. There was a chest of drawers, a side table, and a closet built into the wall too. Other than that it was bare. Well mostly bare, save for the old rosary sitting on the chest of drawers.
