If Todoroki had been any less in control of himself, hearing Bakugo's sudden heartrate increasing would have set him off again. It'd been why he fled the party to begin with. Overwhelming, the scents and sounds. He'd felt hypersensitive, and still did. But having drank...so much, he was feeling relatively calm now. As calm as could be expected with a weakened meal right beside him smelling strangely sweet. Did Bakguo always and he just never noticed? Who knew...
"I brought you home." He looked over from his book, calm until a small frown formed on his lips. Bakugo...looked a little bit worse for wear. He'd seen his share of the other boy looking rough from fights and kidnappings. This was different. Still, the growl made a faint shiver run through him. Bakugo rarely seemed mad at him, not like other students, but this was a different sound from usual.
"I'm glad you finally woke up, though. You would have had to wait if you needed to go to the hospital. I don't think I can leave right now." He closed the book and set it aside, trying to keep his cool, no pun intended, before moving to sit up. "I can give you a spare shirt if you want. Yours is..." Bloody? That seemed like the kind of thing that would just make Bakugo more upset.
He moved to stand, finally clicking on a small lamp that had been sitting on the floor in case the light made Bakugo more comfortable. He pulled out his favorite blue buttonup, knowing it was comfy, at least before taking it over to the bed in offering. "I think it'll fit you okay."
