"Ya sure ya don't want me to just handle it? Once he knows we're tryin' to get information outta him, might not matter what I do if he doesn't wanna talk." And it would probably mean the long cold shoulder for him too if Hanzo was in a bad mood. ('Well that's your job, McCree!') Yeah, well, he didn't much like the potential ramifications if Hanzo figured out he was trying to seduce him for information either. Again. It was a decent backup plan so long as Hanzo's mood worked in their favor. Fingers crossed.
"Yes, idiot, if I need you, then you'll know." If you were to ask Genji, Hanzo was never in a good mood. Wait, scratch that. He had memories of him smiling and them being close when they were younger before he became a disgraceful annoyance and business became more important than family, but that wasn't the point here. Reyes gave them a job, so he was going to do it. Besides, it kept him from dying of boredom. McCree could back him up if he messed up, not that he thought he was going to. Walking into a situation expecting failure was a certain way to meet with it.
"Put on something pretty just in case." He smirked at McCree before dipping down the hall to Hanzo's office, letting himself in like he owned the place. Which was just Genji for you. "Yo, anija!" With casual flopping down into another chair. "Not too busy for your favorite person in the world, are you?" Even if he was, Genji knew how to get to his brother. Did that mean he would get what he wanted? Not necessarily, it was all about tact. Which, arguably, Genji often lacked, but we weren't keeping score here. Most of the time. Still not the point here. They were getting to that.
