Sam and OTA (Multiple welcome)
This was one of those things Sam couldn't possibly miss, right? He lived locally, and the shops and the community had been preparing for this for weeks now. He was excited to see the decorations and get into the fall feel of things. Halloween reminded him too much of Jess, too much of his past. Too many bad Halloweens. So he was thankful that Preya wasn't full of culturally appropriated icons of other fall holidays, wasn't full of Halloween costumes in the stores and carved pumpkins on porches. So far it was pleasant, generic, and he could enjoy a pumpkin spice latte without people complaining about how pumpkin spice has become too saturated.
He smiled to himself as he walked along the sidewalk.
