Daisuke and Ken
"Well, yeah. Five. Kinda nice number. If you want, we'll just make it 10 to even things out!" It was a miracle that Ken at least agreed to the funnel cakes. He had the digimon to thank for that.
Grinning at his partner, he took his arm and started to drag him down the path of sugary, fried foods. "I know, I know. We'll get information! Don't worry! Don't we always?" He took him to the food truck and stood in line. "You gotta relax though. It's a festival! We should have some fun! You keep overworking yourself and you'll go crazy!"
Well, crazy, stressed, anxious, a lot of things really. Daisuke didn't want to see his partner like that. He always saw him work so hard and he wanted him to enjoy himself.
Getting up to the counter, Dai ordered 4 funnel cakes. After paying for them, he turned to Ken and the Digimon. "Besides, there's still rides and games here. You tell me right now you never thought of playing any of those games or going on any rides and I'll know you're lying."
Only he knew better. He really did. He just wanted Ken to have some fun.
