So red it was. They could order when the waiter came around. He wondered how quick she would take charge and order for them. He also wondered if she was the type to order everything else for someone too. Or maybe she would judge him based on the sort of food he ordered. He didn't need to eat or drink, he only seemed to do so for pleasure or business, and both of those were rare.
"You'd think so" he replied. "But when it comes to my business it's about looking beyond the physical world. My bar acts as a last sending place for the dead who choose to have one last drink before they depart this plane of existence. It acts as a well of power, a place where essence is pooled and acts as a meeting point for leylines" he explained, hoping it all made sense to her. "Limbo's more than just a bar, it's a gateway, a place sandwiched in the middle of reality. It's nothing but somewhere all at once. I figured making it a bar made the most sense. Gave the living a place to drown their sorrows and Ravenmoore seemed to be lacking a good biker bar. I don't want people to look at my place of business and assume I'm some Angel. I like being hidden in plain sight" he smiled, a glimmer in his eyes. Picking up a toothpick, he tapped it lightly on the table.
"So what were you looking for exactly?" he asked, looking the menu over. Most of his attention however, was on her, wondering what her response would be.
