Azrael took his jacket off, draping it over the back of his chair. Adjusting his sleeves at the cuffs, he sat down opposite her. She was judging him, that was for sure! But he didn't mind. He had dealt with far worse from people in worse positions than her. This was going to be a relaxed business chat over a meal with any good fortune. He hadn't set out to please, more just to find out what she wanted so he could figure out if he was able to help her or not. But he didn't go to fancy dinners with people, and he didn't dress up for anyone either, so this was a first on a variety of fronts.
"Well... lemme see" he said as he picked up the wine menu. "Top couple are overpriced for what they are. Now if you want something a little more special, then I'd suggest these two" he said, turning the menu towards her, fingers highlighting his choices. "One's a white, the other's a red. The white one's from Italy. Really rare kinda grape too, only grows in one part of the entire world so it's kinda expensive. The red on the other hand comes from France. Not as rare but it's sweet and fruity" he explained.
Oh yeah, he knew his alcohol. Came with running a business and spending a great deal of time roaming the world as an exile, learning what it was to be among humans.
"Which one do you think you'd like more?" he asked. He watched her as carefully as she seemed to be watching him. He tried to give very little away with his facial expressions, his posture was relaxed but attentive. Every so often he bit down on the inside of his lip, close mouthed and brushed his thumb with the underside of his pointer finger. He certainly wanted to get down to business but he was a patient man.
