Being turned into a teenager and everything that went with it had been far too much. It was something that he did not want to do ever again. Being an angry teen once had been enough, doing it twice was two times too many. Hopefully this place didn't decide to do it again. At least once he and Lydia were their proper ages, things went back to normal. Normal was good. He actually like normal.
While Lydia was in the kitchen, Mitch had gotten up and moved over to the window, watching as the snow fell. It seemed like it wasn't going to stop. Not that it bothered him. It kind of reminded him of home. He had seen Lydia's reflection in the window when she returned to the living room. "I was beginning to think that you got lost in there," he teasingly said as he moved away from the window and went to sit next to her on the couch.
