They had all seen Helena go up to the dorm. It was not all that unusal, Hannah supposed, but she had never seen the other girl look so upset. Really she could not think of a time really when she had not seen Helena without her strong bravado simply pournig out. Which was fine, Hannah did like Helena, she was different. But that meant that even though they never really talked with each other, Hannah knew something was wrong.
Chewing on her lip nervously, she headed up the stairs to their dorm room. Maybe she wants to be alone, I really shouldn't pry. she thought. But there was always a point where giving someone space needed to be disregarded if only for just a moment to see if they were all right. Even if it was just a ‘go away’, at least Helena would know people were worried about her.
Opening the door just enough to poke her head in, Hannah looked in and over towards the brunette’s bed. “Helena?” she asked quietly, attempting to stop chewing her lip nervously. The other girl intimidated Hannah just a tiny bit.
“Are you in here?” she asked, sliding into the dorm and closing the door behind her.
