Changes in training starting Wednesday, August 17, 2011
OSP Members:
0700 to 0900 - Mandatory training
In addition, there will be a minimum of an hour a day of special op training to be scheduled according to caseload
MCRT:
0800-0900 - Mandatory training.
Anyone wishing to join OSP at 0700 is welcome to do so.
0700-0800 training will include:
- weight training
- martial arts
- boxing
- climbing/rappelling
0800-0900 training will include:
- 2 mile run
- 2 minute sit-ups
- 2 minute push up
- defense training
There will be a more advance training for those able, which will include a five mile run, 10 minute sit up and 10 minute push up.
