Re: Abby and April
"Oh, I thought you meant with a knife," April explained. "And I'm not sure where the dart, I'm assuming," hit me. Just that I was about to enter the hospital I was surrounded by men with guns and then I woke up here."
She wondered why Abby was blushing. Was she just worried about her behaviour or was there something between her and G? She didn't think Sam because she'd thrown herself at G first. There was something else she was curious about though. "You named the killer?" she asked, shivering at the mere mention of a serial killer.
She didn't quite get the explanation though. "How did you go from fixing things and figuring out how they worked to forensics?" she asked. It was as if she couldn't stop asking now that she had someone to ask questions to. Sam and G barely said two words that weren't directly related to work and Savannah while lovely didn't have an education to ask about. At least not one which she found interesting. She could admire the work of cheerleaders, but it wasn't where her interest lie. Forensic science was at least science.
"Ducky?" she asked in confusion. "A colleague?" she asked, because that made more sense. "What happened?"
