He shrugged. "Let's speak to Morgan. If we get him and the people in his house to go, then we have all the agents we need and we can tell the rest. We can pick an area near the restaurants. People can go up to the boardwalk for meals if they let you or Morgan know, or Westen if he decides to come. No one allowed at the theme park alone. In fact, we can make go there together, split in groups so it's safe. We can modify the rules based on the location. I only know what I read, so there might be a little improvising required.
