You might want to be careful who you send emails to. Reply and not forward help. Deleting the previous messages help even more since we don't wan people to know what we say. Also I really suggest talking to Eric. He can give you a crash course on what to do.
Finally when sending emails, you might want to opt for more words instead of less, especially when the messages sound like orders instead than volunteering for a job. It also might be easier to ask people what they want from breakfast. I know from my house that it ranges from just coffee to the works with a preference for cereals and milk to stay in shape.
