April listened, but she wasn't sure she understood, which was more than a bit frustrating for her since she usually prided herself at understanding what was being told her. It was starting to be a recurring issue here though.
She really missed medicine.
Pushing away that thought, she tried to sort out what it was Eliot said. "So you wouldn't have classes with civilians and military at once? Shorter lessons in general and you wouldn't require people to carry a gun?" she asked, hating that she needed to ask to make sure she understood it. It also answered what he wouldn't do more than what he would do.
"What would you do instead?" she asked. "To teach people like me to defend ourselves if an attack came?"
