"You got agents and ex-military who are all well-trained yet they gotta sit in classes with civilians. The classes last too long and no one's gonna remember anything the moment the next class starts. People are forced to carry guns like that's gonna be what saves them when it more than likely will get 'em killed because of the way the training's run.
