She almost left when he told her not to talk to him, but she'd given up too easily with Abby and she wasn't about to do the same mistake with Eliot. Stepping closer rather than backing away she gave him a sympathetic smile.
"I'm sorry," she said, lightly touching his arm but giving him space if he preferred not to be touched. It was such an odd concept to her, people not liking to be touched, but she was getting used to it and she didn't want to make Eliot uncomfortable, that was the last thing she wanted.
"I wish I could say things will be fine, but we both know the only way for that to happen is if we find a way home," she said. "I can say that you're not alone here, and not only because you have Parker. We're in this together, even with the things we don't like." Like practicing how to make people explode.
