While Penny loved a party, she wasn't sure about this barbeque. She didn't know anyone, aside from Sheldon, and he hardly counted did he? But if they were stuck here, and it wasn't some sort of mass hallucination (and she still wasn't sure of that to be perfectly honest) she was going to make the best of it. Besides, there were plenty of gorgeous men to look at while she tried not to think about anything. Perfect distraction.
"That's me," she said cheerfully to the brunette woman who introduced herself. "Nice to meet you April. And I have a thousand questions, but I doubt you can answer them. No offense." She smiled, hoping she hadn't offended the woman. It would be nice to have a friend. "Unless you can clue me in where to buy decent discount shoes."
