Re: April/Mike
"Yes, Sheldon is different. We'll see how well he does with training." Mike had his doubts about Sheldon's abilities to perform many of the roles an agent had to. "But his genius about physics should help get us all home. Sheldonia? Really, no. We didn't talk that long. I'm glad he didn't. I wouldn't be able to keep a straight face." Indeed his response was interrupted by several chuckles. "As for Clay, his expertise with machines should be useful. He should have some interesting perspectives on solutions." And that's all he'd say on the matter. He knew not to talk about his assessments of people, especially dangerous people, to most others.
"Sounds like it was a perfect choice for Savannah on Marty's part," Mike replied. Then he shook his head and whistled, "Oh boy. This'll be fun."
The change in conversation with her next question caught him by surprise. It was definitely not a question he was expecting. "I had assumed we were. I don't have eyes for anyone else." He kissed her on her forehead, hoping the topic would be done with.
