Re: Savannah and Mike
"That's my name," he teased and returned the tightness of her hug. "You're welcome. I assume how Marty proposed was acceptable?" He figured if it didn't, she would've just told him how to do it. If she had been slightly less traditional, he would've thought she would've just done it herself.
"Oh, I think the universe knows better than to cross you," he replied. "Yeah, I don't see Agent Callen going for that. Although tasting parties do sound like they'd be fun. Who's going to be your Maid of Honor?" He knew Savannah could talk for days on end about her upcoming nuptials. He chuckled at his next thought and had to give voice to it. "I'm sure your wedding will be better planned than most clandestine operations."
"Oh?" He quirked an eyebrow playing coy. "Yeah, well maybe you should've told me." He grinned. Of course it wasn't not knowing he liked April that had made him wait -- he had known for quite awhile. Then he held his hands up as if to say stop. "Woah. There won't be a proposal for quite a long time." He knew he needed to be careful about what he said on these matters, so he didn't add if it ever comes to that.
